Updating Billing Information After Workspace Ownership Transfer
If the ownership of a workspace has recently changed, please note that billing information does not update automatically with the transfer. The new workspace owner must manually update the billing details in the Stripe billing portal.
Follow these steps to update the billing information:
1. Log in to your Vidzflow account as the current workspace owner. Ensure that you’re logged into the account with ownership rights to the workspace.
2. Access the Billing Portal. Navigate to the Workspace Settings and then to the Billing Tab. Click the link to access the Stripe billing portal.
3. Update Billing Information. In the Stripe billing portal, update the billing address, payment method, and any other necessary details.
4. Save Changes. Confirm and save your updates to ensure accurate billing information moving forward.
Additional Notes:
• If the previous owner continues to receive invoices, double-check that the billing information has been fully updated in the Stripe billing portal.
